BetaFair Rent Support
BetaFair Rent Support is a structured assistance campaign created to provide verified rent support to individuals across Nigeria through fair and transparent participation.
The campaign offers rent support of up to ₦500,000 to one selected participant. Where the verified rent obligation exceeds ₦400,000, BetaFair will contribute the maximum support amount of ₦400,000. Where the rent obligation is less than ₦400,000, the exact verified rent amount will be paid, and any remaining balance will be returned to the rent-support pool for future assistance programs.
The campaign is open nationwide and applies to all legitimate forms of rent, including residential, commercial, shop, office, or business premises.
Participants are permitted to take part multiple times. While selection is conducted through a fair and impartial process, increased participation may improve the likelihood of being selected.
Eligibility & Verification
Participation is open to all users. However, only individuals aged 18 years and above are eligible to claim the rent support.
Verification is conducted after a winner has been announced and prior to disbursement. The selected participant must successfully complete identity and document verification to qualify for payment.
Accepted Proof of Rent (Any One Required)
To validate eligibility, the selected participant must provide at least one of the following:
• Previous rent payment receipt
• Tenancy or lease agreement
• Landlord contract or verifiable landlord contact
Any submission found to be false, misleading, inconsistent, or unverifiable will result in immediate disqualification.
Disbursement Method
Rent support may be disbursed:
• Directly to the landlord
• Directly to the participant
• Or through a case-by-case arrangement, subject to verification outcomes
Winner Selection & Notification
• One winner is selected per campaign
• Winner details are published on the Winners page
• Official notification is sent via email
